Four days, endless trails and the alpine freedom of the Silvretta mountains await you from 13 to 16 August 2026 in Ischgl & Galtür. Accompanied by two experienced professionals, Markus Mingo and Lukas Kocher, you will immerse yourself in practical technique training, valuable training tips and unforgettable experiences in nature. Whether long runs, technical training or mobility sessions – this camp offers everything that makes trail running unique.

  • Number of participants: max. 20 persons
  • Prerequisite: You don't have to be a "trail pro", but you should have experience in endurance sports. Our tours range from 15 to 25 kilometres with 800 to 1500 metres of elevation gain. To enjoy the trails and the camp, you should be able to cover these distances in 2 to 4 hours. People switching from other (endurance) sports are of course very welcome.

All units are optional and will be discussed with the group on the first evening – your body comes first! Breaks, adjustments and individual support are of course possible.

Markus Mingo

Markus Mingo is a trail runner through and through – multiple German champion in ultra trail running, Transalpine Run winner and editor-in-chief of xc-run.de. Not only does he bring a wealth of experience in competitive sports to the table, he also provides in-depth insights into equipment selection, training management and nutrition.

Lukas Kocher

Lukas Kocher, organiser of PIUT and other top events, has deep roots in the region and knows the most beautiful trails in Paznaun like no other. He ensures safe route selection, technical tips and genuine trail flow.
