PIUT TEN
PIUT Ten
Run 10 kilometres, experience the PIUT feeling and do good at the same time
The PIUT TEN is the charity distance of the Paznaun Ischgl Ultra Trail: covering 10 kilometres and around 100 metres of elevation gain, the route leads from Galtür to Ischgl – ideal for everyone who wants to get a taste of trail running, run together with others and support a regional charity project with every kilometre.
Whether as a personal challenge, a relaxed charity run or an introduction to the PIUT world: at the PIUT TEN, it’s not just the time that counts, but above all the shared experience. For every kilometre run, the Tourism Association donates 2 euros to the Verein für unschuldig in Not geratene Menschen im Paznaun.

- Around 100 metres of elevation gain: sporty, but manageable – ideal for beginners, recreational runners and charity runners.
- Running for a good cause: for every kilometre run, the Tourism Association donates 2 euros to a regional charity project.

The charity run of the PIUT
The PIUT TEN is about more than 10 kilometres and 100 metres of elevation gain: at its heart is the idea of doing good together through running. Every participation supports a regional charity project – and every kilometre counts.
For every kilometre run, the Tourism Association donates 2 euros to the Verein für unschuldig in Not geratene Menschen im Paznaun. The association supports people from the region who have found themselves in difficult situations through no fault of their own, providing direct help where it is needed.
