In addition to German courses, the offer also includes various workshops such as wine trainings, barista courses, first aid courses and much more – compact, hands-on and ideal for a break between shifts or after work.

The CREW Learning Nuggets allow you to expand your professional and personal horizons. You can choose from little learning nuggets on various current topics.

Registration is always done via your digital CREW Card. If your employer covers the course fees, you can also register by email at crew@paznaun-ischgl.com. In this case, you will be sent a registration link.

The CREW Learning Nuggets are all created by “local heroes“. If you have expert knowledge in a certain field, why not share your expertise with the CREW?

crash course – german for beginners (a1)

In this crash course you have the opportunity to learn basic German terms and phrases. This basic knowledge will make it easier for you to communicate in all areas during your stay in Paznaun. The learning content is conveyed through oral and written language exercises and by the end of the course you will be able to name important objects, describe simple actions and understand work instructions. The course forms the perfect basis for further German language learning.

•   Dates: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 09.12. - 18.12.2025 (6 times)
•   Time: 6:30 pm – 8:45 pm (09.12., 10.12., 11.12.2025)
•   Time: 5:30 pm – 7:45 pm (16.12., 17.12., 18.12.2025)

German for beginners in everyday and working life (a1.1/a1.2)

In this German course, non-German-speaking employees have the opportunity to learn the most important vocabulary of the German language in a fun and creative way. Topics are covered that are relevant in the world of work, but also in everyday life. At the end of the course, employees will be able to name objects, describe simple actions, give information and understand instructions and some expressions in dialect.

•   Dates: Every Tuesday, 13.01.2026 - 31.03.2026 (12 times)
•   Time: 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm
• Location: H.E.L.P. Center, Ischgl
•   Cost: € 280.00 per Person

In this advanced course, you have the opportunity to consolidate your existing vocabulary in German in a fun and creative way. The topics covered relate to the world of work or everyday topics that can be helpful when communicating with friends and colleagues. By the end of the course, you will be able to hold conversations in German, give information and understand instructions.

In this advanced course you have the opportunity to deepen and expand your existing knowledge of German. The topics covered will help you to cope better with working life and everyday life in Paznaun. The focus is on everyday situations and topics of conversation that can be useful when communicating with friends, colleagues and in various professional contexts. The learning methods are interactive and practice-orientated, which means you not only learn to understand the German language, but also to actively use it.

training as a young sommelier

Whether as an introduction to the world of sommelier or as a valuable additional qualification in gastronomy – this course offers the ideal foundation for anyone who works with wine. The training to become a junior sommelier is the first step in the three-step sommelier training programme in Austria. Participants not only get to know the Austrian wine world with its regions, grape varieties and wine styles, but also gain insights into international wine-producing countries and their specialities. The training to become a junior sommelier is aimed at anyone who wants to take their passion for wine to a professional level and acquire in-depth knowledge.
