Job description

We are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for our reservation from the end of June 2023 or from the winter season 2023/2024. We look forward to you! Gladly as a seasonal or annual position.

Area of responsibility

warmly welcoming and saying goodbye to guests (check-in and check-out)
Operating the telephone system – processing inquiries
Information center – provide extensive information to guests (directions, restaurant recommendations, hotel services, etc.)
Guest service – processing inquiries, fulfilling wishes
Posting the services to guest accounts and cash management
Reservation acceptance and processing
Accompaniment of the guests to the room and explanation of the functions

What we expect

You have completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry
You have already gained experience in a comparable position
You are fluent in English (another foreign language is an advantage)
