

Trainee ropeway technician (m/f/d)
- Operate and monitor cable car and lift systems
- Service for our guests and assistance in driving operations

We generally recommend double apprenticeships with an additional apprenticeship qualification in the field of electrical engineering. This lasts four years in total.

Where does your vocational school training take place?
The apprenticeship training takes place according to the dual training principle. The vocational school is completed annually in a block of two months at the LBS Hallein in Salzburg. It is considered throughout Europe to be a unique and state-of-the-art competence center for training to become a cable car technician.
What are your chances for the future?
As a cable car technician, you have the best qualifications to become a cable car system manager (machinist) and subsequently, after appropriate additional training and the necessary practice and experience, also to become a deputy cable car operations manager.
