The CREW Learning Nuggets allow you to expand your professional and personal horizons. You can choose from little learning nuggets on various current topics.

Registration is always done via your digital CREW Card. If your employer covers the course fees, you can also register by email at crew@paznaun-ischgl.com. In this case, you will be sent a registration link.

The CREW Learning Nuggets are all created by “local heroes“. If you have expert knowledge in a certain field, why not share your expertise with the CREW?

Summer 2026

In this course, you’ll embark on an exciting journey through the history, present and future of one of the world’s finest drinks. Suvad Zlatic, Master Sommelier (MS), will provide you with in-depth insights into the production of champagne, the key grape varieties and the defining influence of the terroir.

You will learn what makes Champagne so distinctive and which factors determine its unique character. Whilst tasting a selection of Champagnes, you will also have the opportunity to sharpen your senses and discover the diversity of a product shaped by centuries of tradition, experience and the unique natural conditions of the Champagne region.

•    A journey through the history, present and future of Champagne
•    Insights into production, grape varieties and the importance of terroir

•   Tasting session to develop sensory skills and an appreciation of style

In this compact, intensive course, you’ll learn the key basics for enjoying first-class coffee at home. Together with professional barista Julian Schöpf, you’ll delve into the world of professional coffee preparation – from the correct techniques for operating the machine to creative milk frothing and latte art.

You’ll learn how to set up your coffee machine perfectly, adjust the grind size precisely and prepare various coffee drinks to perfection. This will give you the know-how and confidence to enjoy barista-quality coffee in your everyday life.
