The CREW Learning Nuggets allow you to expand your professional and personal horizons. You can choose from little learning nuggets on various current topics.

Registration is always done via your digital CREW Card. If your employer covers the course fees, you can also register by email at crew@paznaun-ischgl.com. In this case, you will be sent a registration link.

The CREW Learning Nuggets are all created by “local heroes“. If you have expert knowledge in a certain field, why not share your expertise with the CREW?

wine sales training | 23.02.2026

This wine sales training course provides practical guidance on how to recommend and sell wine in a targeted and authentic manner to accompany food. The focus is on identifying guests' needs and expectations in conversation and making tailored wine recommendations. The course combines sensory knowledge with communication techniques and shows how the right wine pairing can enhance both the culinary experience and guest satisfaction.

•   Practical techniques for authentic wine recommendations to accompany food

wine & food harmony | 02.03.2026

This course teaches the basics of professional food pairing and shows how wine and food can be harmoniously matched. It explains which factors are decisive when selecting wine and what to pay particular attention to with different dishes. Using specific examples, suitable grape varieties for various dishes are presented in order to create confidence and understanding for successful wine and food combinations.

first aid – 8-hour refresher course | 05.03.2026

This 8-hour learning nugget gives you the opportunity to brush up on your first aid skills. Specially trained Red Cross trainers will be on hand to share their expertise and carry out practical exercises to deepen and consolidate your first aid skills. This will prepare you for situations in which rapid assistance is crucial. Whether in your free time, in traffic or at work - this course enables you to show civil courage and understand how important life-saving measures are in our society.

•   Recognising dangers and first aid situations
•   Making an emergency call and activating the rescue chain
•   Cardiopulmonary resuscitation & using a semi-automatic defibrillator

make your own herbal salt – seasoning from nature | 09.03.2026

In this course, you will immerse yourself in the aromatic world of herbs and learn how to create unique herbal salts using high-quality salt. Under expert guidance, you will learn which herbs are particularly suitable, how to bring out their flavours to the fullest and how to create individual blends for different dishes.

This course is all about the art of tea blending and tea preparation. You will learn how to create individual tea blends from various herbs, flowers and spices - tailored to your taste and needs. Using local and high-quality ingredients, unique teas are created that invite you to enjoy and relax.
