The opening evening in front of the Cultural Center St. Nikolaus in Ischgl marks the start of the Culinary Paznaun. From 7:00 PM, participating cabin hosts and chefs will present their dishes for this year. The offer is complemented by selected beverage partners and winemakers with suitable wine pairings.
