Organization and management of the hotel kitchen
Management of the kitchen team, taking into account the economic use of employees and goods
Design of the menus for the gourmet half-board
Active participation in the preparation and serving of the meals
Quality assurance, control and monitoring of inventory
Compliance and control of HACCP hygiene regulations

completed specialized training
several years of experience in comparable positions in the upscale hotel or catering industry
Reliability, teamwork, service affinity and high quality awareness
Independent and responsible way of working
motivational leadership skills
