Once you click "Send", your request will be forwarded to the responsible department at Tourism Association Paznaun – Ischgl. We will then get in touch with you as soon as possible to process your cancellation.

Withdrawal period

The statutory withdrawal period is 14 days in accordance with Section 11 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG).

The commencement and calculation of this period are determined by the applicable legal provisions under the FAGG and remain unchanged.

In accordance with Section 13a (6) FAGG, the withdrawal is deemed to have been exercised within the withdrawal period if the online withdrawal declaration is submitted within these 14 days. The decisive factor is the time at which the declaration is made within the withdrawal period.
