Working as a team in our à la carte kitchen

The following station is still vacant:

Dessert station with additional salad buffet preparation and assistance to other stations

We are only open in the evenings and our chefs do NOT work split shifts.

Working hours:

14:00/14:30 h - approx. 23:00 h daily, minus daily break, 1 fixed day off per week (Tuesday 99%)

6-day week

Service hours from 5:30 pm

Closed on December 24th (Christmas) and December 31st (New Year's Eve).

• Training as a cook with completed apprenticeship according to Austrian or German training or equivalent qualified training from another country
• Alternatively, a well-trained cook with several years of experience (NOT a kebab or fast food restaurant); a good, experienced, and skilled kitchen worker with à la carte experience is also acceptable.
• Alternatively, hotel management training with a focus on kitchen and à la carte experience.
• Experience in the catering industry, preferably in à la carte and restaurant settings (NOT kebab or fast food restaurants)
• Prompt implementation of the instructions of the head chef and management

• Language skills: German is advantageous, but at least very good English must be spoken and understood!!
• For non-EU citizens: To obtain a valid work permit, you must submit your educational certificates and diplomas from your culinary training, as well as a copy of your passport. The certificates must be translated into German by a certified translator. If we do not receive these documents with your application, we regret that we cannot consider it.
• For non-EU citizens: Working holiday visas are permitted, but must be applied for personally by the candidates!
