Deputy Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

Management of the hotel restaurant and coordination of approx. 25-30 employees
Conducting job interviews
Employee scheduling and rostering
Monitoring and control of time records
Training of new employees, apprentices & trainees
Coordination of the entire service process
Professional care and advice for our discerning guests
Wine advice as a sommelier
Working with the ‘Novatouch’ cash register programme
Complaints management
Close cooperation with all hotel departments

Experience in a comparable position an advantage
Good wine knowledge or sommelier training is an advantage
Enjoy dealing with people
Sense of responsibility
Flexibility, ability to work in a team and resilience
Good knowledge of German & English
