For our renowned 4-star superior hotel in Ischgl, we are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Chef de Rang (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement. Independent management of a service station as part of our half-board arrangement
Professional and warm hospitality for our international guests
Taking orders and providing professional food and beverage service
Ensuring a smooth service flow during breakfast and evening service
Working at the hotel bar (during the day)
Keeping the service office clean and organized
Preparation and follow-up of service areas (mise en place)
Close collaboration with the kitchen, bar and restaurant management
Ensuring our high quality and service standards

Completed training in the hotel or catering industry is an advantage.
Professional experience as a chef de rang or in a comparable position
Well-groomed appearance and excellent manners
Friendly, professional demeanor and a welcoming mentality
Independent and responsible work ethic
Teamwork skills, resilience and flexibility
Good German skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
