Hotel Trofana Alpin

At Trofana Alpin, we are still looking for support in the service department for the upcoming winter season.

Welcome and personal attention to half-board guests at breakfast and dinner.
Organization and execution of the breakfast service (setup, guest care, follow-up service, clearing up)
Monitoring and maintenance of the buffets, as well as coordination with the kitchen.
Professional service at dinner (menu sequence, beverage service, individual guest requests)
Responsibility for one's own service area (station/rank)
Mise en place, order and cleanliness on the station

Professional experience in a comparable position
Friendly, confident and well-groomed appearance
Strong service and customer orientation
Independent, structured and responsible work ethic
Resilience, flexibility and teamwork
Good German and English skills; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.

The Hotel Trofana Alpin welcomes you in the heart of Ischgl, just a few minutes' walk from the ski lifts. The comfortable rooms are equipped with a French or classic balcony, depending on the category. In addition, a newly designed wellness area invites you to relax. This includes a bio sauna, a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, an infrared cabin, an ice mist corridor, and a spacious relaxation area with a tea and juice bar. Use of the underground car park with parking and luggage service is free of charge for guests. Our stylishly furnished rooms are equipped with a private bathroom and toilet, where complimentary bathrobes and slippers are provided. Depending on the category, you can also expect a cozy sitting area with a sofa bed. Entertainment is provided by a modern flat-screen TV with cable connection. Half board is available in the hotel's own restaurant. For guests who leave before breakfast, we are happy to prepare a packed lunch on request. In addition, there is another à la carte restaurant with a bar, the Trofana Tenne, located directly in the hotel.
