We are looking for a Chef de Partie (m/f/d) for the 2026/27 winter season at our 4-star superior hotel. Please send your application to: Erika Huber, almhof@huber-hotels.at

Completion of necessary preparatory measures (mise en place)
Production and preparation of the food at the respective station for the
à la carte and half-board areas
Inventory control and management
Cleaning and maintenance of all work equipment
Carry out regular cleaning work (hygiene plan).
Preparation and presentation of individual dishes as well as entire menus and buffets, à la carte and according to individual customer wishes, as well as in the half-board sector.
Assistance with the planning and execution of events
