We cannot offer stars and gault millau points and we do not strive for them. We look forward to dear guests who appreciate a fine austrian "Tafelspitz", a perfect Wiener Schnitzel, a really good Beef Goulash or a steak and visit us regularly. Our winter guests are very international and expect Austrian and traditional cuisine with a modern influence, top taste and attractive presentation with a little but not too much "bells and whistles" in the "Dorf Cafe" restaurant. We only buy Austrian meat and value as many local products as possible. Exotic goods are the exception.
Everyone in our team - including the bosses - works hard and we support each other, just like a team should. Of course, leisure time should not be neglected either. It is important to us that there is a good work-life balance for everyone in the team, as well as the willingness to then fully concentrate on work again during working hours.
Mise en place, preparing and sending are no foreign words to you. You are used to working quietly, cleanly, creatively but also quickly and preferably you have already gained experience in the à la carte business. You are a team player with appreciation for your colleagues, friendly and not a "li-la-mood bear". Helping to tidy up at the end of the working day is a matter of course for you. We may assume knowledge of the product and goods.
German language is not a must but would be nice. Our colleagues and we also get along well with English;-)
A good job with a regular roster (1.5 days off/week) awaits you.
We offer a fair salary with overpayment on the tariff of up to EUR 2400 net. With the aliqoten statutory special payments (Christmas and holiday bonuses which are paid out at the end of the season) you can get up to approx. 2700 net.
Accommodation and meals are of course free of charge (single rooms with WLAN + TV directly in the village only 5 minutes from the company).
Your work clothes will be laundered in-house free of charge.
