We are looking for a competent and motivated receptionist (m/f/d) for the winter season.

Area of responsibility

Representation of our house
Checking reservations, overbooking and coordinating options
individual advice to our guests about all our house offers
Guest care from check-in to check-out
Independent, solution and guest-oriented work and action for a smooth process at the front desk
Dissemination of guest information to all departments

What we expect

already first professional experience in the hotel industry
