Receiving and saying goodbye to guests (check-in and check-out)

Information center - information to guests

Recording, allocation and processing of room reservations

Overview of room occupancy

Telephone support for our guests

Posting of services and cash management

What we expect

very good knowledge of German and English
Experience
Good computer skills ( Casablanca an advantage )
sense of responsibility
communication skills
clean and well-groomed appearance
