Area of responsibility

Taking care of our international guests
sophisticated drinks and food service at our hotel bar
Preparation of cocktails
Issue of room bills and booking in the system
Deputizing for the Chef de Bar with his duties on his days off
Carrying out daily mise en place work
Responsibility for cleanliness and order

completed vocational training in the catering trade
Professional experience in the bar area
Good communication skills with a strong service orientation

Cocktail, coffee and spirits knowledge
