The Paznaun - Ischgl Tourism Association (hereinafter referred to as “TVB”) offers employees of companies located in Paznaun and members of the TVB the free purchase of the CREW Card. On presentation of this CREW Card, the authorized employees receive discounts in many partner companies of the TVB. Any information given in brochures, on the TVB website and in other advertising material with regard to the benefits associated with the CREW Card is only non-binding information. There is therefore no legal claim to the benefits listed in the advertising material.

Authorized employees can obtain a form to apply for the CREW Card from their employer and from the TVB website at www.paznaun-ischgl.com/en/crew . The CREW Card can only be issued by the TVB upon presentation of a fully completed application form and a valid, official photo ID.

The CREW Card is not transferable. After the termination of the employment relationship entitling the cardholder, the CREW Card may no longer be used and must be returned immediately either directly to the TVB or to the employer. If the CREW Card is lost, this must be reported to the Paznaun - Ischgl Tourist Office immediately.

The contracts that follow the purchase of the CREW Card are concluded exclusively between the respective card holder and the partner company. Conclusions of contracts for the services of the partner companies are therefore exclusively subject to the general terms and conditions on which the subsequent contract is based. The TVB is not liable for the contractual fulfillment of these follow-up contracts and for any damage that may arise to a person as a result of a follow-up contract. If events for CREW Card holders are organized by the TVB, participation is at your own risk; The TVB accepts no liability - for whatever legal reason - for any damage that may arise to a person as a result of participation. Participation in events organized by the TVB expressly gives consent for images, video and sound recordings to be made. These image / video and sound recordings may be used by the TVB without any time, location or content restrictions, in particular on the Internet, on its own website and social media channels, in print media, on the radio, in any known or future medium, especially for advertising purposes can be used and published without a time limit, without the need for separate approval. All rights, in particular usage rights to the recordings, are irrevocably transferred to the TVB.

General: This data protection declaration informs buyers of a CREW Card and their employers about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of their personal data by the Paznaun - Ischgl Tourism Association, Dorfstraße 43, A-6561 Ischgl.

Collected data: When applying for a CREW Card, the following information from the applicant is stored by the TVB for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations and to defend against any warranty and / or claims for damages: first and last name, date of birth, email address, telephone number, home address, Name of employer.

The data collected in this way will be stored by the TVB within 3 years after the CREW Card expires and then deleted.

The data provided by the applicant will only be processed and used by the TVB insofar as they are necessary for the fulfillment of the contract. In particular, the data will not be passed on to third parties.
